  • Reporting to the Business Head

    Role :

    • Complete distribution strategy formation for the company in India which includes right from deciding on the model to shortlisting the focused locations to selecting the right partners. Apart from this, also developing the product mix strategy fit for this business.
    • Managing & driving internal team and also that of the distributors to have more feet on street
    • Creating Value for Channel by taking a solution based approach rather than product based approach.
    • Developing distribution channel. Increasing the no. of partners in each location as well as increasing the geographical reach by getting business from newer locations.
    • Complete Account Mapping of listed end customers and maintaining relationships across the hierarchy of various key departments in these accounts. This also involves generating pull for various new products launched from time-to-time.
      Evolving the strategy for launch and continued business of LCD monitors in India

    We are looking for candidates with 12+ years experience in Channel Management of Mechanical & Electronic Security equipments of which atleast 2 years should have been at National level. Graduates with MBA would be preferred. The suitable candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills and would have capability of interacting with people at the highest level. Should have a global outlook.
